About the Role
As a Product Specialist for the IIoT Platform, you will be responsible for the technical success of the VISUALYS IIoT platform. Your role combines technical expertise with customer interaction and strategic product development.
You will support customers and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Engineering) in implementing, using, and improving the platform. Your mission is to increase the number of connected industrial assets and drive customer adoption.
This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring that customers get the most out of the IIoT platform while contributing to its continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
✅ Customer Support & Implementation
- Provide technical consulting to customers and sales partners on IIoT platform implementation
- Conduct onboarding sessions and training for customers
- Assist with the integration of machines, sensors, and gateways (EasyNET, EasyLogXL, InHand Gateways, Ewon Flexy, etc.)
✅ Product Development & Improvement
- Work closely with our in-house development team and colleagues in Italy to continuously enhance the product
- Gather and analyze customer requirements to drive product improvements
- Create documentation, FAQs, and best practices to support customers and internal teams
✅ Internal Collaboration & Growth
- Support Sales, Marketing, and Engineering with technical expertise
- Conduct webinars and participate in trade shows to promote the platform
- Take ownership of the IIoT platform’s long-term success through proactive innovation and market analysis
Your Profile – What You Bring
✔ Experience with IIoT platforms, industrial automation, or cloud technologies
✔ Familiarity with communication protocols (Modbus, MQTT, OPC UA) is a plus but not mandatory
✔ Understanding of industrial gateways and sensor integration is beneficial
✔ Technical knowledge of machine and sensor connectivity
